Letter from Lance Sinclair

I've had the honor of spending over a decade helping people maximize their potential through applied neuroscience and hypnosis. This coupled with being mentored by the best in the world of personal development and behavioral engineering, has led me to the realization that the quality of our thoughts and our disconnection from the present moment are the leading cause of our suffering.

At one point, I too, experienced crippling anxiety and suffered from stress-induced depersonalization and on that journey to healing, I learned a few hard but liberating truths...

One is that nobody is coming to save us.

We have the responsibility to show up for ourselves and those we love with a deep commitment to living our best life and letting go of the thoughts that limit us so we can live a rich life full of joy and harmony.


​I realized at an early age that understanding human behavior and leveraging that understanding is the key to reaching our goals, becoming our best selves, and truly making a difference in this world.

The second thing I realized is that you can't put fear and anxiety in a wheelbarrow.

As soon as we stop thinking of these emotions as something that happens to us and recognize them as chemical reactions in the brain induced by the quality of our current thinking, our relationship with these emotions begins to change for the better.

​And that's why I've become obsessed with compiling and passing on to you everything I have learned as a hypnotist and coach to help you find peace and calm in a chaotic world and share with you the strategies I wish I knew back when I was starting out in this industry.

How much does it cost?

The General admission ticket is $97. ​​The investment for the VIP Pass is $297. This includes access to the VIP Q&A, the session replays and an entry to win a free session.

​​What if I can’t make it on that day, will I still get access?

If you miss any days, as long as you have a VIP Pass, you'll get lifetime access to all the videos so you can replay your favorite moments.

​​Is it live or a recording?

This is not a webinar recording. This is live and full of engagement and participation. It’ll be Live on Zoom. Once you register, you’ll get access to the zoom link.

​​Can I invite a friend or have a family member join me?

Why not? The more, the merrier. We encourage you to send them the registration link so they can join from their own device though. This way, they can have a more immersive experience especially during the closed eyes exercises portion.

One ticket is for one device/household. If your relative lives somewhere else, you can share the link to this webpage with them.

​​What will I need for the event?

​​Just your undivided attention, a fully charged or plugged in device, and a copy of the workbook which will land in your inbox after registration. Earphones are also highly recommended.

Due to the nature of the exercises, it is also important that you set that time aside and make sure nothing and no one interrupts you mid event so you don’t miss a beat.
