Harada Method
Put your one central goal in the indigo tile at the very middle. Around it, name the eight areas you must develop to reach it. Each of those eight is repeated at the center of its own block — fill the ring around it with eight concrete actions. That gives you 64 specific tasks, all feeding the center.
Tip: typing a theme once syncs both copies automatically. Before you fill the actions, jot the purpose behind your goal — who it serves besides you. A goal tied to contribution tends to hold up longer. Note: this sheet doesn't auto-save, so use Print / Save as PDF to keep your work.
